When will you ship my parcel?

We ship most of our orders the same day, and we’ll notify you as soon as it is shipped. Orders received after 3pm will usually be sent the next business day.

Where is my order?

We usually send orders by Royal Mail second class and they are not usually tracked. Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days from when we let you know it’s dispatched. We will send larger parcels by courier and you will be emailed tracking information so that you can keep track of your parcel and expected delivery.

How much is shipping?

Standard second class shipping to UK addresses costs £4.40 per order. There is free second class shipping on orders over £120. First class shipping is available at a cost of £6.90 per order. We ship samples second class for a nominal fee of £1.50. All made to measure curtains also have free shipping.

Do you ship orders outside the UK?

We are unable to ship outside the UK directly from our website, but if you cannot find what you need elsewhere you can contact us with your requirements and ask for a quote.

Something’s wrong with my order – what do I do?

Get in touch with us. We accept returns of any fabrics with quality issues for a refund, but first we’d like the opportunity to put things right. We can resolve most issues, and we aim to get things just right.

My order hasn’t arrived – what do I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived after one week from our dispatch notification please let us know. You can email us by clicking the link at the top of the page. Please include your name and the date of your order. We can’t claim from Royal Mail until 10 working days after the due date of the parcel, and as a result will not be able to progress a claim before that date. We always keep a proof of posting just in case.

Do you allow returns?

We hope you will love your fabric, but sometimes things just don’t work out. You can return your order to us at our Bridport shop and head office, providing the items have not been used or altered. You will receive a refund of the cost of the fabric. We will only refund the postage cost if it is a result of our error. If there is something wrong with your order please get in touch before returning any items.
