- Quotes and estimates. A quote for curtains can be saved by placing it in the cart. This allows additional windows to then be quoted for. Quotes for items other than curtains and tiebacks are available on request.
- Made to measure items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned unless faulty. It is your responsibility to measure accurately using the guidance on our website. Please ensure that the measurements provided on the order are correct as your curtains will be made to these measurements as accurately as possible. We allow for +/- 2cm tolerance and curtains within this tolerance of the measurements provided will not be accepted as faulty.
- For best results curtains should be dry cleaned. We do not recommend washing your made to measure curtains.
