Briar Pleats

This gorgeous Briar fabric has been made into dress curtains for a period property.

Dress curtains are usually an option for rooms where the windows need a little something as a feature without being really dominant or blocking out a lot of light.

These dress curtains have been made without a lining as they are purely for show and don’t even need to meet in the middle as they will never be drawn.  They feature a double pleat at the top made with a 6″ buckram.  At over 3 metres long, it took a big ladder to get them hung!

The Briar is availablle in Silver, Red and Minty green as featured and we have even used some for dressing our manequin, Miss Haversham.
