Livingstone Textiles Hat Festival Event

We are sure you will all be sporting your ‘titfers’ around the town at this year’s hat festival on 14th-16th September 2012, but why not pop into Livingstone Textiles to ring the changes? We will be hosting a ‘dressing up hat’ exhibition where you can try on a variety of hats for all occasions : East German border guard, Mexican bandit, Gangster, Big Game Hunter and many, many more. You are free to try on the hats just for fun, or for a donation to charity we will take a studio portrait and email it to you after the event. The exhibition will be open from noon on Friday 14th September until 5pm and on Saturday 15th during our opening hours, 9am to 5pm.
Our premises are on the first floor of a historic former ropeworks. See here for how to find us. Disabled access can be arranged through our rear staff entrance by prior arrangement. Please telephone on 01308 456844 or email us in advance to arrange.
Here is a photo of owners Tom Baldry and Megan Standage and their daughter Bethan from last year’s festival – they hope to see you again this year.
